Career InTouch specializes in customized soft skill development programs tailored for K-12 students who may be grappling with academic, behavioral, and social challenges. Through experiential learning, we foster the growth of critical thinking and emotional intelligence, empowering students to excel in communication and relationship-building. Our IMI Program, operating within the Kingston City School District, offers mentorship and opportunities that address Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) in elementary schools, provide retention support in middle schools, and assist with high school transitions. Serving as a peer-to-peer mentorship platform, our focus spans socio-emotional learning outcomes across educational levels, utilizing experiential learning to cultivate essential soft skills for both academic success and personal growth.
